Clear options when a paid membership is not right for you
This policy applies to paid Excel Practice Lab memberships purchased through Paddle. It explains how to stop future renewals, when a refund may be available, and how to submit a request. Last updated: July 31, 2026.
Canceling a subscription
- You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from the subscription portal.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- You keep membership access until that period ends unless a refund or payment reversal is issued.
- Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
Refunds we will consider
- A duplicate or incorrect charge.
- A paid membership that was not delivered to your account.
- A material technical problem that prevents use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- An unauthorized payment reported promptly.
- A request covered by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region.
Request window and review
Please submit refund requests as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of the relevant payment. Requests are reviewed using the payment date, account access, service usage, technical history, reason for the request, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable law.
A request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund unless the law that applies to your purchase gives you that right. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights available to you.
How to request a refund
- Use the receipt or “Manage subscription” link supplied by Paddle.
- Visit Paddle buyer support.
- Or contact us at 2476776189@qq.com with the transaction reference, payment date, and reason.
What happens after approval
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method.
- Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
- Membership access associated with the refunded payment may end when the refund is processed.
- Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in a support request.
